I booked a double room for 1 night and had a PLEASANT stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and there were a seating area, a study table, and a radio. Location: the hotel was not far from other restaurants and takeaways and other restaurants in Heyfield.

Great getaway location with comfy beds and fast wifi
I recently stayed in a hotel that was the perfect location for a few nights away. The rooms were quiet, comfy, and clean with excellent wifi. the hotel was in a great location, close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. I also appreciated the fast and reliable wifi, which made it easy to stay connected and get some work done while I was away.
While the hotel was overall a great experience, I was disappointed that there were limited dining options available. The hotel's dining room was closed, and the pub meals weren't anything special.

We loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, making it difficult to leave in the morning. The owners were extremely nice and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was perfect, right in the center of town with parks, shops, and restaurants all around. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. And let's not forget about the breakfast basket, it was an absolute bargain for the quality and variety of food provided. We would definitely come back here and highly recommend it to our friends and family.
This place is perfect for everyone.

The hotel is situated right in the centre of the town, making shopping and dining a breeze within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Guests appreciated the breakfast basket, which was a nice touch. There is free Wi-Fi with decent speed, which is also a plus for Netflix fans.
Some guests complained about the lack of deadlocks on the room doors, making them feel vulnerable.

The spacious family room was perfect for our family of five and included a dining table and kitchenette. the hotel was conveniently located near a supermarket, pharmacy, and cafe which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the complimentary wifi connection was excellent and made our city break more relaxing.
Although the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, our vegetarian pasta dish came out with bacon and my husband's plain veggies had cheese sauce. the lighting from the walkway outside our room was bright at night which made it difficult to sleep.
